We’re searching for a Head of Content to join our growing team at Jacada Travel. This person will be responsible for developing and directing our content strategy across all platforms and the full life-cycle of our clients.

Strong candidates will have experience creating and running a content strategy across different platforms and media including written, social and video and visual.

They’ll be familiar with all aspects of content marketing, from creative ideation to SEO and overall alignment with KPIs, and keen to leverage that understanding to enhance the client experience and our brand reputation.

They’ll have experience leading a content team, setting targets and providing opportunities for learning and development.

Experience organising and running shoots and creating editorial content would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with external partners including design and development teams to make sure that visions are executed to the highest standards, and work with digital marketing to achieve targets within the department and business.

We’re searching for someone with a grasp on the bigger picture but who’s also able to be hands-on, acting as a quality check or producing high-visibility content when it matters.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a senior content marketer or Head of Content and be able to quickly adapt and transfer their skills to the new context of Jacada. You’ll be used to working in a fast-growing team and adapting to new challenges.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and initially responsible for a team of six, with further growth in the pipeline.

• Experience creating and leading content strategy across multiple channels
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing different stakeholders, both internal and external
• An understanding of leadership best practices and desire to create a positive team atmosphere
• Experience presenting to key stakeholders

• Experience working cross functionally with digital marketing, sales and client experience teams
• A keen eye for design

• Experience working with film and photography projects and shoots

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 (DOE)
