The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years’ agency or in-house marketing experience and is used to working in a fast-paced team. You will be able to manage your own workload and responsibilities. You’ll be able to use reporting and analytics platforms to guide decision making across different channels, including our website, email marketing and social media channels. You’ll be confident in managing PPC strategy and segmentation projects and reporting on core KPIs. We’re looking for someone who loves to travel and learn, enjoys a challenge, and always strives to be well-informed on emerging trends in the digital space.

About the role

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Marketing whilst working closely with all the others around you in the marketing and content team. You will also be working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders and managing external agency and contractor relationships.

The digital team is growing and there is scope for the right candidate to progress quickly within the business.

What you need

Essential:

• 4+ years of experience
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads
• Excellent digital and analytical skills combined with a good knowledge of digital advertising and PPC
• Experience using MailChimp or similar EPS software
• Knowledge of segmentation best practices
• Familiarity with UX and CVR best practices
• Strong creative problem solving skills
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working with external agencies

Good to have:

• Understanding of Wordpress
• Experience running a testing programme
• Experience leading projects
• Experience presenting to key stakeholders
• Leadership experience
