Digital Learning Executive (12 Month FTC)

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Learning Assistant to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital learning to gain exposure to a wide range of projects across various departments. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our learning resources, developing engaging training materials, and supporting the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS).

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of digital learning principles, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is well-suited for individuals who are looking to develop their project and stakeholder management skills, which will be key to success in this role. You will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager, receiving direct support and development, while also collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

LMS Content Development & Management:

• Lead the development, uploading, and maintenance of engaging digital learning
  content within the newly embedded Learning Management System (LMS)
• Work with subject matter experts to create interactive modules, videos, and other
  digital resources to optimise the LMS experience
• Implement systems and processes to track and monitor training participation,
• completion, and effectiveness
• Generate reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and ensure
  training objectives are met

Resource Streamlining & Organisation:

• Consolidate and organise existing learning materials from various sources into a
  centralised, easily accessible resource bank
• Develop clear and consistent structures for content storage and retrieval, ensuring
  efficient access for all users

Project Management & Prioritisation: 

• Manage multiple competing projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs and work
  with the Learning and Development manager, as well as relevant subject matter
  experts, to deliver tailored solutions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

•  Proficiency working in Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of digital learning principles and practices
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Comfortable working with data and analysing data

Desirable skills

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience in creating video learning content
• Experience with content creation tools

Interview Process

•  1st Stage:  Virtual interview (competency)
• Task and 2nd interview stage Virtual interview :
  ○ Demonstrating technical skills in real time
  ○ Discussing project and stakeholder management alongside the task
  ○ Reflection and review of task
  ○ Full details TBC

Reports to: Learning and Development Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

UK based:  Remote with access to London office

Start Date:  June 2nd 2025

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
