Training after your initial month at Jacada

• Department-specific extended training (including onboarding Part 2 for those in sales roles).

• Shadowing exercises and project-based learning and tasks to help apply the knowledge you'll have learned.

• Further tailored training on systems and other necessary processes for your role.

• Weekly 1-1 meetings with your manager to discuss your priorities and learning objectives.

• Company-wide training (such as financial wellbeing, mental wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion training sessions).

Ongoing Training and Career Development

We place great importance on the continuous process of learning and development, which extends well beyond the initial weeks in your role. Our dedicated Learning and Development Manager is committed to ensuring that every team member consistently receives essential training and remains well-informed about their potential career advancement opportunities.
