Learning and Development Manager – Learning and Development

Hi, I'm Ally! I'm Head of Learning & Development at Jacada. For me, L&D isn't just about programmes. It's about people. My biggest driver is seeing our people grow, and I've worked hard to build a learning culture where everyone can thrive. I partner with leaders to shape learning that supports our goals, while always remembering what it's like to be the one doing the job.

For over ten years, I've worked in L&D across travel, recruitment and sales. I have a strong focus on sales development, alongside building the core skills that help people have thriving careers. I'm passionate about inclusion, and I want everyone here to have the same chance to grow, whatever their role, location or the way they learn best. I'm still learning every day too. I love trying new ideas, even the ones that don't quite land, and I'm always up for feedback.

I grew up in Canada and became an official British citizen in 2025. Europe is my favourite region, and it still feels like a novelty compared to where I grew up. If I could only travel to two places for the rest of my life, it would be a toss-up between Italy and Greece. Both have great vibes and culture, plus excellent food and very drinkable wine!
