Hello, I'm Marta and I am the Client Experience Manager for Europe, Middle East & Silk Route here at Jacada. I am based in Barcelona and our incredible Europe and MESR Concierge team is scattered all over Europe and in Jordan. 

With a background in Business Management, I started working in the travel industry by pure luck but have never looked back. I love sharing my infectious passion for travel with our clients and helping them to discover new corners of the world.

I am fortunate to have been born in Portugal, this amiable country from where it’s so easy to discover Europe – which I luckily have travelled extensively through. I love the grasp and life of European cities! On my personal trips you’ll find me checking a modern art museum, taking my time to savour a great meal and trying to spark a conversation with locals. Among my most treasured travel memories are São Tomé & Príncipe and its mesmerizing scenery and warm people, and Egypt with its cool breeze as the sun sets over the Nile. 

For me, working at Jacada is being part of something bigger, where we all come together to cultivate connections with the world and share our passion for responsible travel. Jacada introduced me to so many wonderful people - clients and colleagues - and keeps me inspired every day. We are always looking for like-minded individuals so I'm looking forward to meeting you!
